Additional Fees:

Short Notice/ Cancellation- $75

(i.e.,Photographer arrived at the property and it wasn’t ready to shoot, or was already en-route to the property when cancelled)

Distance Fee- $1 a mile After 30 miles from zipcode 98101

Additional Trip Fee: Applies to ferry fees, tolls, etc.

Additional square footage- $75 per 500 sq ft (after 2500 sq ft)

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

It is our company policy that payment is due no later than 7 days from when the invoice is sent. In the event that payment is not received within 7 days of receipt of invoice, a 10% fee will be applied per month bill is outstanding. Overdue accounts older than 60 days may be sent to a collections agency.
